The Furley has about 1000 miles on it. Wouldn't ya know the dam tires are practically wore out! They're made by Kenda and I tweeted them to see if this was normal. I didn't hear anything back so I decided to make the shift to GatorSkins which I've read will give me 3000 miles easy with better rolling resistance That plus the protection I need from all the flats I've gotten during my commute. Hopefully they live up to the name!Of note: The "Slime" tubes I've been using have been performing great! No flats due to thorns or any other sharp rocks I typically ride over on the way to work!
