Black Bear Spotted in Virginia Beach

Was just watching the news and saw this story pop up. A black bear at the oceanfront? That's absolutely nuts for this area. If it's a wild bear then it must have come in from the Back Bay area.

UPDATE #2: The city of course was not prepared with over 24 hours of reports so they're calling Biologist in to see how much juice it will need to tranq Yogie.
